Emergency Assistance

During out of hours, emergency issues only will be attended to. An emergency is defined as an issue that poses an immediate risk to health, safety, or the property, such as:

  1. Major water leaks or flooding that cannot be contained.
  2. Complete loss of power (not caused by a local outage).
  3. Security issues affecting the building.
  4. The only toilet in the property becoming unusable due to a blockage not falling down to tenant responsibility. 

If you experience the following, please contact the numbers provided:

  1. Gas leaks or the smell of gas to be reported to the national grid on 0800 111 999.
  2. Fire-related incidents, call 999.
